The unit was clean and ready when we arrived. We had a couple of questions regarding the heating in the guest suite and the firepit and the maintenance person was sent over right away to address our question. Perfect holiday escape for my family!

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our family. The game room was amazing and the kids loved it. Our only complaint was the lack of smart TV’s. They had Roku’s attached to each TV which did not work very well at all. There were remotes all over the cabin and no idea which one went to which TV. However, we overall had a fantastic experience and would absolutely come back.

This rental was a nice getaway. But there were a couple of things that made me give a three star rating. The downstairs restroom toilet was dirty. There was urine stains on the toilet were a male used it before. Looks like the cleaning service wasn’t very detailed on cleaning that restroom. I took pictures and called cool cabins to express my concerns. Customer service gave me an email addressed to address the issues. My second issue was that the outlets in the same restroom and bedroom next to it didn’t work. I could not use the portable heater for the downstairs bedroom.

Easy entry, clean cabin, fantastic hot tub!

The property was great and decently maintained. Cool Cabins was friendly and helpful, even though I forgot to initial and sign important docs.
