1.The confirmation and check in process is not very good. I had no idea as to where the property actually was until I arrived in the Town. I was not told there was actually no wood burning fireplace or fire pit on this property, so hauled a lot of wood for nothing. The booking staff had no idea either, as they were sending me a link to have firewood delivered ( which would have cost me a lot of money and proved useless). 2. The cabin was clean but sparsely furnished. 3. The location was nice. 4. There was no shelf space for any food, no wine glasses, very few utensils or flatware, no drip coffee filter paper, and generally speaking it felt “cheap” (but the price was significantly higher than a moderate level hotel room) I would find a different rental company next time

the checkin in was efficient and the cabin was well kept

The people involved were very friendly. We were excited to spend the Christmas holidays, and the heater downstairs was sufficient. However, it was so cold upstairs that I couldn't sleep all night, and my husband couldn't sleep either because it was too cold. So, we packed our stuff at 4 am. Then we had to follow the check-out instructions, clean up for the next reservation person, collect all the trash, put it in our car, and drive 6 miles away to throw it away. We left at 7:00 in the morning. It was a reservation for 2 nights and 3 days, but I was so sad that we had to leave early; we only spent 15 hours, not even a whole day. Both of us arrived home with severe colds, so we took the medicine our family bought us, and we've been sick since the 24th, 25th, and today. I've vowed that we will stay at a hotel from now on

Coyote flat, At the time of reservation Sauna was advertised, when I got to the cabin and call them they said it was for the owner’s use only that’s why it was locked. How would I know the cabin had sauna? Of course it was advertised. Also living room and dining room are so cramped not enough space to entertained. Fridge didn’t have water or ice. I also found hairs on the bedsheets.

Me and my family stay with this company every year! Houses are always super clean and nice!! Definitely recommend!!

Juniper’s Cottage was perfect for our Thanksgiving week stay! We loved that the property was completely fenced (great for letting our dog explore) and a little more privacy as it’s set off the street. It was clean and comfortable. The spa was a real treat! Looking forward to revisiting hopefully next year!

While I overall enjoyed my stay, and would rent again. Immediately upon sitting on the living room couch, my clothes were covered in white dog hair. And I was little annoyed that the trash and recycling bins were screwed shut so I had to pack out my trash; from an urban neighborhood.

We had the best time!! The cabin was beautiful and cozy. We even had the best costumer service before, during and after our stay. So much appreciated!

We always have such a great experience with Big Bear Cool Cabins for the last 5years it’s been amazing!
