Very good experience with the phone.
It was hard to put names and numbers into save. I had to put the numbers in several times before it would save them, until I finally figured it out. There should be a detailed instruction guide on how to do each thing.

Data failure
The phone (SIM card) worked great, but we could never access the 3 gigs of data we paid for.

It works the way they said it would
The phone came in plenty of time, started working when we got off the plane and never had a problem. What's not to like.
