It was very hard to hear the caller on the phone. When i used a blue tooth it was decent.

Was told per day and then was bill a minimum of 7 days even though I only needed 6 days. The $10 shipment charge each way is too high.

other than the phones could be updated to newer models, renting a phone from Amigo is an easy and inexpensive way for an infrequent visitor to Israel to get their e-mails, and have unlimited calling, texting and data

It was great having my own phone in Israel, but I was never able to get access to voicemail. Otherwise, with a lot of technical support, I was able to use my e-mail and internet service which was good.
