Little support if something goes wrong. Upon arrival my SIM did not work, and it required multiple calls and e-mails to finally get support to handle the issue, resulting in 6+ days without SIM.

Very convienent, all the data, phone, text we needed at a fair set price. Reliable phone service with a smile and support information when needed. The way to go and still be in touch.

I had a problem with the phone's display of the battery charge status. It showed 3 bars, which indicates a full charge, even when the battery was completely discharged and needed recharge. The indicator failed to correctly display the state of discharge of the battery.

The service was excellent. We used 3 sim cards and 1 had a problem whe overseas. Amigo staff bent over backwards to rectify the problem and even had a messenger bring a reolacement sim in case there was anither problem. The pricing was great. The pickup and retur took minutes. Thanks.
