Have used Nova Blooms before.Spot on,goods arrived as described and on time. Even the courier "Yodel" did their job and actually had no issues....I have had on occasions,rubbish service from Yodel in the past,this time no issues. Give Nova Blooms a try...but give as much info to possibly avoid courier issues

The ordering process was easy and the orchid I ordered exceeded my expectations. It is stunning. The delivery service offered was excellent. The packaging was environmentally friendly and kept the plant very happy and secure.

This was a present for my sister and she says the orchid is lovely.However although she was home the driver left the package upside down with the orchid standing on its head although there were instructions saying which way up.If she had not been home it could have spent several hours upside down.I have had problems with yodel deliveries before and try to use companies that use other delivery companies

I've only given 1 since I can't give zero. Having accepted my order 1 week before needed they phoned me 1 day before to say they weren't going to fulfill my order. Not did they offer an alternate solution. How can you order from a company like this!!

My mum was delighted with the flowers. She said they were really well packed in a big box and look lovely. I was impressed with the next day delivery and ability to track the parcel.
