A problem with Yodel overcome with helpful staff and beautiful orchid arrived.

We ordered an orchid for a friends 80th birthday. She sent a photo and was absolutely delighted with it, as am I Given that it was her birthday on Mother's Day and I only ordered it the day before, I thank you for your excellent service on what must have been a very busy time

Flowers arrived on right day, in good condition, had clarity from the company on their progress and when they were delivered. The people I sent them to were pleased with the quality, so I was pleased. The only thing you can’t control is timing and one bouquet wasn’t delivered until 6.00pm. It wasn’t a problem to us but if you needed earlier in the day could be worth ordering a day ahead.

Excellent service

Flowers arrived in a badly bashed box ,the box was damp and soggy where the water had been tipped out .The delivery driver did not treat the box gently carrying it upside down even though the box clearly stated it contained flowers. There was no flower food provided even though there was a leaflet describing what to do with flower food .

Arrived on the day requested. Well packed. Well presented flowers and just at the right time for blooming. Excellent overall and will definitely use again! Many thanks for a great experience!
