Lovely flowers Prompt delivery Would use again

The Orchid arrived on time and in perfect condition, neatly packaged to protect it. It was exactly as described and shown on line on the web page. I have used other on line florists but this has certainly been the best so far.

I placed an order on 9 March to have a flower pot to be delivered on 12 March (I could select the deliver date when I ordered it). Immediately after I placed the order I sent a separate message to its customer service saying it was meant for Mother’s Day. In the afternoon of 12 March, as it was not still delivered and I could not see any progress on Yodel (it said “the parcel is not with us.”), I requested Novablooms to check my order. They only checked their warehouse and told me to email on Saturday if it was not delivered. In fact, it has not been delivered even now and the customer phone line was not working over the weekend. I just wondered, knowing it was for Mother’s Day and there is no customer service available over the weekend, what was the point of them asking me to email to them to them “if it was not delivered”? Not knowing if it would be delivered in the end, but could not take the risk of having no flower for Mother’s Day, we had to quickly go to buy a flower by ourselves in a busy shop (which we wanted to avoid under this situation). At least they agreed they would refund me in full (I’ll see if it will happen), but I will not order from Novablooms ever again. So much disappointment.
