After my Orchid arrived and started to bloom it was not what I paid for. I contacted Customer Service explaining what happened and they were kind enough to send me the plant I had originally paid for.

The delivery missed the original scheduled (birthday) date by a day which was disappointing. However after being advised of the issue, Nova Blooms made it up to the recipient by sending flowers and an apology. Based on their follow up response I give them 5 stars. Product in both cases was excellent.
