Ordered an orchid to be delivered on a…

I ordered a gift to be delivered on a certain day. On enquiry, the gift was not received. I contacted the customer service department of Novabloom who traced the problem back to the delivery company but in the meantime sent the gift again for me. Hopefully the problem is now solved. Well done.
