the one thing that stood out was being contacted by a person to help me through the process ... Though it was easy to set up Pav Sharma was very helpful and made this process pain free . I have tried to open up two other accounts for business with other on line banks and the experience was daunting ... still waiting for a call back from one !!!!... the other I gave up .
