Very quick response, getting other team members involved for a quick solution. Excellent team work interaction & then completing the problem handing me over to the best personal relationship manager with the best skills ! Very impressed with this bank especially since the banks on the high street are closing. I didn’t have a barrier doing it online at all. Always someone there on hand to help.

I only have positive things to say about Allica and especially Emily my Account Manager. I have several businesses set up with Allica, a commercial mortgage and I even have an account for the rugby club I am treasurer for. The service is the best I have ever experienced from a bank and you can actually get to speak to people that care, all wrapped up with technology that helps you use your account on a daily basis.

Relationship Manager I can talk to about any issues, not a call centre. When I was told Allica pay interest on the current account and you have a Relationship Managerthere was no more to discuss. Emily has been true to her word!!

When deciding to open a new Business banking product, I kept seeing reviews of Allica Bank so thought I would try them. From the very first moment I was contacted by Agata, I realised it was a good choice. I was taken very calmly and clearly through the application process and nothing was too much trouble. Great online banking experience with ease of opening and seamlessly transferring from old account. Great savings rate and very low fees. Banking app functionality not great however - it’s very basic. Would like to be able to add the virtual card to Apple Pay and would like to be able to do simple things like categorising my transactions.

Very easy to get set up and running. Interface seems intuitive and easy to use. Customer services have been proactive. The open banking seems to work well, with transactions pulling into accounting software. Happy to recommend Allica Bank based on my experience to date.

All currently going to plan but a bit more to do before the account is fully up and running. All interactions with staff have been very positive and we are looking forward to a long future together!
