Everybody that I dealt with was very knowledgable of the onboarding process and switching to Allica is the best thing we could have done for our business. Agata and Allica bank were an absolute gem! I was working with a client that was a UK Ltd Co. Their parent company was a Belgium company and they operated via grants and EU funding. Following Brexit, they could no longer continue to operate as a Ltd Co as they need to be directly affiliated with the EU Belgium company. I reached out to all of my old banking contacts, speaking with many high street banks, the international arms, competitor banks, apparent specialist, absolutely no one could help my client. This impact of this was massive. With out a UK bank account, they were struggling to set up the new workplace pension I had secured for them, payments in and out, cross boarder, were a nightmare, and the whole financial operation of their business had become loads of work before they even got to their day job. Agata listened to the whole situation and my clients details and was adamant that she could help. I had regular updates of what was happening and when, and, sure enough true to her word, in November we were able to have their Business account up and running! This had an enormous impact for my clients operating a multi million pound business! Allica and Agata are now my go-to for the Business clients I work with.

My experience since first being introduced to Louise has been fantastic. I joined Allica Bank as I found their business savings rate more attractive than anywhere else (I've always struggled to understand why business savings aren't similar to personal). I had a meeting with Louise, she followed up promptly and made it easy for me to join. The app seems fine and hopefully will develop over time.

Horrendous experience trying to get an account opened. Nobody does anything, no response to chaser emails. Been waiting since 24th October. All documentation provided, we've done our part. Now we're just waiting and waiting. I'd recommend Tide instead. We've used them for another business and the account was opened in a few days.

Great business savings rates and the online banking app is very quick and straightforward to use. Certainly seem to cater well for SMEs. Accounts Management and Customer Services teams have been v friendly and helpful so far.

The thing that is a standout for me is that you are looked after from the start by an actual person! They personally look after you through the whole, simple process, you have their number if you want to call them directly and it makes such a difference to the usual impersonal customer service we mostly get now. My relationship manager, Maria Khan, was great throughout. To top it all off they offer great rates which is why I joined in the first place. Highly recommend.
