From my initial call to Vicki Penfold, Relationship Manager at Allica, to the onboarding of my new accounts - it has been nothing short of exceptional service! Vicki kept me updated throughout the process and was available for questions when the account was ready for me to setup. The online and app experience has been easy and user friendly too. I would highly recommend Allica to other businesses.

Definitely not the Marmite Bank.

I was little sceptical of transferring my business to Allica but to be fair they have been good. Nicole was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process of opening up an account. I now have money invested with them and they are paying up to x4 more interest than Barclays. The future is bright, its Allica Bank, Thanks Nicole for all your help.

The service provided by Alica Bank is truly outstanding. In particular, the support I’ve received from Ms. Agata Rinckeviciute has been unparalleled compared to anyone else I’ve dealt with in any organization. This level of excellence is a refreshing change, especially since customer service has noticeably declined across industries post-Covid. Having worked with around 10 different banks over the past 20 years in business, I can confidently say that Alica Bank is in a league of its own. Personal service and a willingness to help - you don't find that often with banks anymore.

Moved from Starling Bank with ease. Starling tried to start running my business with their new know your client questions, whilst Allica asked for pertinent information and did so in an easy to understand and communicate way. Agata was ruthless efficient in setting up the business and with one to one calls we were running in no time at all. Personal service and a willingness to help - you don't find that often with banks anymore.
