Great products, Easy design plans from the team and a quality finish. My third set of wardrobes!

Really happy with my wardrobes. Easy to measure, made up and delivered in 5 weeks.. and the perfect fit. The wardrobes are really good quality, the service was great (including after delivery) and my wardrobes look amazing. Saved so much money buying through online bedrooms. Would defo recommend.

Six months on. We were forced into needing new bedroom furniture by a fire from a faulty bedside lamp that gutted the room. We wanted quality on a budget which is a difficult combination but, after a lot of searching in shops and online, we settled for online-bedrooms. And in retrospect it was the best decision we made; we love our room now, the fitted wardrobes went in perfectly and have given so much stylish storage. We chose a contemporary colour, a beautiful sage green with a bridging unit that perfectly frames our new bed. I decided to build the units myself, but I got so much helpful advice from our designer at online-bedrooms and the clever design of the units themselves meant that I was able to complete the work without any major trauma. The finished result was perfect and, six months on, we still delight in seeing our new bedroom.

Impossible to assemble it on your own! Robin, the designer, was brilliant at helping and designing what I wanted. I thought that because of how small my bedroom is, I would need to fit them with sliding doors. I paid the extra £800 that the two small sliding doors came to cost happily, thinking I would be able to do it all myself. They said I might need a circular saw to go around some edges, which I thought was quite weird given that it was a made-to-measure service, where you give them your measurements to get it all done correctly. I thought I could still handle it so I bought a saw and I managed to assemble the carcass quite easily, with all the shelves and everything else. However, there was no chance on earth I was going to be able to make the whole sliding doors system work on my own. First of all, the sliding doors are supplied by a separate company, which delivers them on a separate day. So you have to spend weeks on end with a set of sliding doors in your lounge just waiting for the rest to arrive. Then when all the other pieces arrived, I started putting it together and could not for the life of me work out what each piece was meant to do. There were loads of different parts and no explanation as to how to move each individual piece. You do have some YouTube videos they keep pushing you to watch which are helpful for sort of bog-standard assembly but nothing quite so descriptive as "move this piece there in your case and screw it this way or that way" etc. You just sort of have to use your imagination whenever your design is not just your standard wardrobe. I ended up having to call my handyman, who also took about 6 hours to finish it all off because of the lack of instructions. They do give you a small instruction booklet on the sliding doors but no descriptions as to how the doors should go with the carcass and how to put the two together. And not only did he have to cut pieces of wood with a circular saw but also shorten the metal rails and cut them using a chop saw, which is one of those things that you see in movies. My handyman is a professional who legit works 24/7 as a self-employed handyman. He works all around East London and has tonne of experience in assembly and fitted wardrobes and even he said this was way beyond anything he had expected to have to do for me. He didn't even bring some of the tools like the saw to cut metal because who would have thought that was needed? When they give you a YouTube video and some instructions you would sort of assume that to be it! I have e-mailed the customer service team themselves asking for advice and they could only decribe what needed to be done in words but you can imagine that being really unhelpful without a graph or a diagram and even then, why would I have to talk to you to get that information? If I am paying for a fitted, made-to-measure wardrobe which comes with £800 worth of sliding doors, why would I have to cut metal for it to work? Surely at that point I am better off buying the materials myself and doing it my own way! My handyman then took 6 hours to assemble it all and it cost me an extra £300. Would definitely to use them again or recommend them unless you are doing something fairly basic and especially with no sliding doors. Nightmare!

From design, delivery and install all went fantastic. Build quality is spot on hinges are top quality wood itself is great quality i was very impressed overall.

Young company with a great product. Very well designed and manufactured. Heavy duty with solid construction (no floppy drawer bases or cardboard cupboard backs). Hinges runners and hardware supplied is all good quality. Precut and drilled panels align beautifully

Very helpful company, the wardrobes look great! Very pleased with them. The only bug bare we had, was they sent too many right sided doors leaving us short on the left side. I called Jamie, he was helpful and assured me it would be dealt with. After not hearing from them after a few days I called again to find out about a replacement.(Supposedly the warehouse should have contacted me, but didn’t,) Jamie was soon on the case and both called and emailed with a delivery date for the correct door,

This was my second bedroom project with online bedrooms and the whole experience was excellent. The design was done for me by Amy and she achieved exactly what I wanted. These bedrooms are high quality and sturdy. Installation is made very easy and large wardrobes can be constructed upright. Delivery was arranged to suit my timetable and all arrived well protected and undamaged. I would definitely recommend.

From my first enquiry to delivery of the wardrobes Amy was amazing. Design details and prices were fast and efficient, the only thing that slowed my order being placed was me making a decision!! My wardrobes look amazing and exactly what i wanted. I would highly recommend and i would definitely use again in the future.

My wardrobe doors fit perfectly & they are good quality. I had a small blister on one of the doors but that was sorted immediately. I would recommend this company.
