Very good customer experience from design/initial advice stage through to delivery and installation. The product itself is also well constructed and relatively straightforward to install. I’m very happy with the end result.

Great help from my online/telephone assistant, Charley, to design and customise a closet. Nice email laying out the process, everything delivered as promised, be ready it can be heavy !. Complete instructions, make sure you read them as they make it easy (with some wood build knowledge) Fitted together precisely, an excellent quality and sturdy build. Very pleased.

Will use this company for any bespoke bedroom furniture. A fraction of the cost of other well known retailers, and their customer service is excellent.

Initially a great response from the company after my enquiry ...the initial process of design and agreeing my ideas was very simple and easy !.....I am a Designer and decent DIY'er so I didnt imagine it would be a problem .... But following the delivery of my fitted wardrobe it all changed !! ...the assembly instructions were absolutely appalling !! no identification of parts which made building a nightmare...the online videos were for completely different fittings and were useless! the mirrored doors are were very flimsey and I am concerned they will fall apart very quickly ! the mirrors are held in by a plastic beading that fell off when I unpacked them! the main construction is chipboard !!...again I was worried that it would not last and may warp, so I have added some extra glue and screws ....some items were pre drilled which I needed to guess at what they were for ....some screws that were specific for the drawer runners were not supplied in the fitting pack and as there was no list of parts (and what they were for) I didnt realise until assembly ...had to go to my local screwfix (my saviour) and buy some !!! My Installation took place on a Friday afternoon so no-one online (I emailed) to respond to my plea for help !!! The wardrobe is now up (apart from the scribing) but it took me 2 days and a lot of grief and I would not reccomend this company to anyone ...let alone use them again !!!...my advice to you is look further !!!!!

We were really impressed with online bedrooms. They were very easy to communicate with, providing opportunities to discuss, amend and confirm our wardrobe order. The product was very competitively priced. The installation was easy to follow and the final result was fantastic. We were so impressed that we then ordered a dressing table and set of bedside cabinets The feedback we have received from friends has been first rate. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a company to others.

Excellent process from start to finish. Online designer was always available to make any tweaks. Delivery date with two hour slot arranged. Everything well packaged. Good step by step instructions. Quality materials that produced an excellent finish to my built in wardrobes.

Great units, excellent quality fixings supplied. Communication could be a little better and the instructions could be clearer. On the whole though I would definitely recommended the company and wardrobes.
