I was a bit hesitant at using an online company, but they were coming out as being £500 cheaper than a local carpenter. When I first got in contact I had my own designer (plans drawn etc) and after order I was updated at every stage, katy ensured that the parts were delivered on time for installation and when I noticed one of the doors was slightly marked she ordered a replacement to be sent out the next day. Its now all installed (carpenter arranged by them) and it looks amazing, exactly what I was hoping for. Quality parts, excellent communication and customer service, would 100% return and recommend.

I am very impressed with the service provided and quality of cabinetry from Online-Bedrooms. Robin Dale held a zoom call with us to develop our design and provided some good options and feedback, his knowledge and approach was fantastic. I was surprised by the speed at which the units were built and delivered to us as well, they were delivered before the original quoted time. In terms of delivery the only short fall was that our delivery was at the bottom of the drivers van, maybe this was a mistake but not something to complain about as our delivery driver unloaded and reloaded the van with no complaints at all. In terms of cabinets, I am really happy with the quality. I didn’t expect a thick back panel or bottom draw unit so this was a pleasant surprise which really sits the overall quality above other suppliers. It was also a welcome surprise to see the draw units ready assembled. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will be using again in the future. I also have my brother lined up to put a design through Robin in the next couple of months.

We had a great experience with Online Bedrooms. From the moment we placed our order (thank you Jamie for your help) we received regular updates on our order and what to expect on the day of delivery. When the furniture was delivered, everything was well packed and clearly labelled. We fitted our wardrobe ourselves, instructions were provided but the online videos were really useful too. We would highly recommend Online Bedrooms to family and friends. They provide a great service.

A great service from start to finish. We changed the designs a few times but the designers were always willing to help us get our perfect dressing room. The units arrived clearly labelled and were very easy to assemble. We are very happy with the end result.

I have now got my fitted wardrobe (shaker style to match our old house) and it looks great. It looks very robust as well - like it will last. I have worked with Robin on design and he was excellent and very knowledgeable. There are several payment options incl.Pay Later or installments and the cabinets were delivered within 4 weeks from the order. I have saved £3.6k compared to a high street competition quote... takes a bit of time as it is DIY but frankly worth it. Very pleased with the results and would recommend

Excellent customer communication, design options and delivery. The quality of material and accessories, and ease of installation exceeded expectations.

Overall really impressed. We had an awkward sloped-back space to fit wardrobes and had some sky-high quotes from other companies. Took a gamble on this option and fitted myself, really pleased with the outcome. Wardrobes are excellent quality, sturdy, well-made and perfectly sized. Design and customer services teams both really helpful as well, responded to a few queries always within a day and resolved any issues for us. Will 100% be using again, prices are very reasonable for the quality received

Absolute shambles trying to get furniture delivered. Was told several weeks ago it would be delivered last Thursday so I took day off work got an email a week later saying it was actually getting picked up that day and would be delivered Friday which I was going to a wedding and had been planned for a year. Rescheduled to Monday, changed my entire working arrangements only to be phoned at lunchtime to say it wasn't arriving. Made plans for Tuesday delivery including cancelling work meetings and arranging for people to come and sit in my house in the afternoon when I had to go into work. Received phone call on Tuesday morning to say it was now arriving on Wednesday. Unable to give any indication of time of delivery other than 9 - 5. Unable to take another day off work so going to have to have it left on the driveway and hope it is not stolen or damaged that is if it arrives at all. Also paid £200 for the pleasure of the delivery that keeps changing and still not arrived. No idea what the quality of furniture is like maybe I will find out this week but the way things are going I am not entirely convinced. **Update** Furniture arrived today on van but for som reason was packed as a double pallet and the driver did not have the equipment to take it off the 🚛. Don't think you could make this up!!!! Supposedly arriving again tomorrow loaded differently so it can actually be taken off 🚛. Again not hopeful and concerned any repackaging may damage items ** Arrived on the Thursday at 2pm instead of 8am when it was arranged for. 5 pieces damaged, 2 back panels with deep scratches and gouges, 2 drawers caved in and another with the edging peeling off. Furniture itself is good quality apart from having to drill drawer holes yourself (19 drawers!!!!! going to take an entire day to get in the right place). Would probably have given 4 stars if undamaged furniture arrived when it was supposed to but with all the hassle 1* is generous.
