Spent weeks researching suppliers. Got samples. Product was delivered on time. Well packed. High quality board (very heavy, including the back panel). All panels exceptionally square so built units lined up perfectly and accepted doors very well. Had a couple of issues as build progressed but supplier's customer relations were very good, exceeded anything I have experienced from others. Would be nice if instructions included advice on adjusting door hinges. Note that substantial hinges intrude into wardrobe by a few centimetres when doors are closed and can restrict the available space towards the sides of the front of the shelves (but not enough of an issue to make me give 4 stars rather than 5). Whole purchase was very good value for money.

We spent months looking for built in wardrobes from the usual suppliers. The quotes (if they bothered) were crazy money with obvious extreme margins built in. We had almost given up, when my wife found this company. As we are fairly keen DIY'ers, this was a perfect solution for us. It is worth spending a lot of time thinking of the available options and making sure all the dimensions are correct. Ordering was simple and delivery within a few weeks. The quality of the flat packed wardrobes is exceptional. The drawer system in particular are very solid and easy to fit. Read the instructions before assembly and watch the on-line video. This will save a lot of tear down when a mistake occurs. My only grumble is that the back boards should have an up/down marker as it is easy to get them the wrong way round. The process with Online Bedrooms was excellent from start to finish. The design and ordering process was quick and painless, with no hard sell (which was a feature with several competitors...). We took advantage of the 12 months interest free credit, which again was quick and easy. I was a little worried about the process of building the wardrobes, but a lot of thought and effort has clearly gone into their design to make the installation as simple as possible. It took 2 of us a day to make the 4metres/8 wardrobes we'd ordered. The quality of the wardrobes, hinges, drawers and runners etc have been good, better than I had expected, as the price was significantly lower than the other quotes we'd recieved. We were missing part of 2 hinges from our order, but recieved replacements the next day, which was a great bit of customer service. All in all I'd not hesitate to recommend Online Bedrooms. I'll definitely be going back if I need them for another room.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The design process flowed very well and I was very pleased with the proposed layout. Once agreed, the wardrobe panels were delivered quickly and communication was very good throughout. I would really recommend them.

From the design phase to delivery, the service was great. I was well informed throughout the process. The price was fantastic as well. I had a quote from other companies that do fitted wardrobes. One was over £1000 more (but this was for a basic frame, so you see the wall inside when you open the door) and the other company was over twice the price. Given how much cheaper Online Bedrooms was compared to the other companies, I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the material; it far exceeded my expectations. One concern I had was the quality may not be as good because it was so much cheaper than the competitors but this wasn't the case. To be clear, it's not 'cheap', built in wardrobes will always be a more expensive option but Online Bedrooms offered by far the best price with no compromise in material quality. Assembly was pretty simple and I found the written instruction coupled with the online video very helpful.

Great communication throughout, I've used them twice now. Once for the spare bedroom and then again for the nursery. Any changes and additions to the design were no issues and they were all very quick and easy to chat to. The delivery guy was very polite and helped get the pieces into the house with me. Putting it all together is easy enough, and easier the second time around once you're used to the process!

The whole process of ordering was very simple. The delivery turned up as expected and the video instructions made it straightforward to self-assemble with a great end result. And all at a much more affordable price compared to other fitted wardrobe companies. Would highly recommend the service.

Very happy with this top quality, excellent value product backed up by first class customer service. This was a sloping back wardrobe about 3 metres wide with the added complication of an under-eaves access door to work around, Amy could not have been more helpful in proposing a suitable design and dealing promptly with my many questions. Delivery was very efficient and assembly mainly straightforward, mostly single-handed (79 year old average DIYer). I needed two extra shelves and had to locate and fit them without any predrilled holes but Online Bedrooms provided all the fittings and that was no problem. The wardrobes are superb and a classy finish to a large ensuite bathroom/dressing room. I strongly recommend this product and this company and would be happy to buy from them again.
