So our wardrobes were delivered exactly on the date you said they would be, even though it was a bank holiday. A quick word of praise for the delivery driver as he was helpful and courteous. The wardrobes themselves have now been fitted and although the room is not fully finished they look great, fit perfectly and were easy to assemble. All the components were there and all parts were well wrapped and protected. In short we are delighted with every aspect of them and the quality of each part. For a young company I must say we have been impressed by you. It is nice in this day and age to deal with a company that delivers exactly what we asked for.

Definitely recommend buying wardrobes from Online Bedrooms. Jamie was very helpful in designing the wardrobes for me and the process was extremely simple. I went for Matt handleless doors and was so happy with how they turned out that I bought more for another bedroom. The construction is very solid, and premium parts are used such as Hettich hinges and Hafale drawer runners. The Dust Grey and Forest Green are really nice colours, and the fact that the interior is also coloured makes the wardrobes look very professional. It helps if you’re handy with a jigsaw, and able to do basic DIY but overall it’s pretty straightforward to assemble them. Oh, and the price was around half of what I was expecting to pay from a big name company.

I recently purchased the components for my new walk-in wardrobe from Online Bedrooms, whom I found on line and decided to use because their products are manufactured here in England and they offered a user-friendly design tool. I was delighted with my choice, as they have been fantastic people to deal with at every point of contact and stage of production, even down to the delivery! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring custom built bedroom furniture.

The furniture was straight forward to put together, it did take longer to bolt it to the wall because the instructions did not give any suggestions as to how to do this. We struggled getting the wardrobe level, through no fault of the furniture; the whole house has uneven floors, no straight walls and a slanted ceiling. In the end the wardrobe ending up being very strong, the wardrobe will probably stay in place whenever the house decides to fall down. Overall it was a good experience even though it has taken much longer than I expected but I am happy with the results.

Fantastic company that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality wardrobes and furniture. My designer Jamie was more than happy to work with me to get the design exactly how I wanted it. And any small issues I had were resolved as quickly as possible by amy and the office staff.

Whilst completing a reasonably large residential project we required wardrobes for five guest bedrooms we needed these to be a good quality but mid-range price. We were quite surprised to see quite a gap in the market for this product. Luckily we came across Online Bedrooms who offered the product we needed on a made to measure basis. The product is very sturdy (much more robust than a certain Swedish company!) and extremely flexible in terms of size, shape and fittings. In essence you end up with a bespoke product at very competitive pricing levels. We dealt predominately with Jamie who was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Importantly Jamie would not quote delivery dates unless he was confident these could be met, quite rare these days. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Online Bedrooms

We’re very happy with using Online Bedrooms after receiving a competitive quotation for 3 floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes which we assembled ourselves. It took 2 people to assemble the very solid frames but the instructions were easy to follow. Fitting the hinges was a little more challenging and perhaps a video showing how to fit and adjust might have been useful. We had a slight setback when we realised a couple of items were missing but a phone call quickly sorted it out and the parts arrived quickly. A minor point to note when planning such an exercise is to think very carefully where to place shelves and drawers as in a floor-to-ceiling unit it would have been easy to fit the hanging rails too high (I am under 5’!).

Great company! I would highly recommend. We have used them a couple of times now, firstly for our dressing room and most recently for my daughters bedroom. The designers are always happy to make any amendments required (we used Robin on both designs) and the ordering and delivery service and communication was seamless (thanks to Abbie) The furniture quality is exceptional so will be using again. Just make sure you double check your measurements prior to ordering though.

The service we received from Online Bedrooms was first class from Design through to delivery. Even when I wanted changes made to the design it was no problem to Harvey the designer he just altered everything and re costed what I was looking for. The whole process was so easy and painless. I was kept informed at all stages right through to the delivery. Even the delivery driver called to advise his approximate delivery time. The quality of the furniture is first class and they certainly have a wide rage of finishes, I found it really easy to build up the robes as the instructions are really comprehensive. The finished bedroom looks fantastic and I would certainly highly recommend anyone looking for a fitted bedroom to use these guys. I would like to thank everyone involved for a bedroom that we are really proud to have.
