Excellent service, they called when they said they would and all very helpful. I also had to change the wardrobe slightly, adding drawers and it was no problem.

Excellent service I submitted the measures, got a zoom call to go through the order and delivery was quick. The only issue was the delivery driver arrived and asked me to help unload the heavy items from the van, I did my best as my husband was at work. However he fitted the wardrobes in a couple of days with no parts damaged or missing!

The designer (Robin I think) and everyone I had contact with were extremely professional and bent over backwards to help us out with the design of the wardrobe. We are extremely happy with the finished article. The quality is superb and having viewed it my parents are strongly considering ordering a wardrobe from you. We had some issues with missing screws and hanging rail brackets but these items were supplied really quickly after asking for them. The build instructions sent didn’t seem to relate to the way of building our wardrobe (they included using dowels but there was no space for dowels in our wardrobe only cam screws) however saying that it didn’t take me long to work out how to build it without the instructions it really was that easy! I have since been advised that the issues with the instructions have been resolved and the instructions come in an email before your wardrobe arrives which is even better!

From our first enquiries to ordering, delivery and now our completed project we couldn’t be more pleased. We chose floor to ceiling wardrobes in 4 panel shaker and it looks lovely. We fitted ourselves and the wardrobe & drawer packs are extremely well made. In fact looks far more expensive than it actually was.We would definitely recommend On line Bedrooms.

From initial enquiry, through to ordering sample colour, going on to place the order, everything was smooth and efficient. Once the order was placed, we were quickly given a delivery date and time. The driver contacted us half an hour before delivery. all the boxes were well labelled. The contents were well protected. The instructions were almost idiot proof and the final wardrobes are strong and well constructed as well as looking brilliant. It was an altogether good experience with a very professional company - and British built!

Sophie (the designer) was brilliant as she helped us with the adjustments we needed on the design, both on line and over the phone. Megan’s attention to the quality control details was so reassuring, it pays to go with a small, local business as they care about providing an excellent customer service. Really excellent quality. One small fitting missing in the kit - arrived the day after I requested it.

Clear communication from beginning to end, including drawing up the design, delivery etc. It saved us over £2000 to buy from here rather than a company that also fits it. We paid a joiner separately. Would only do it yourself if you're an experienced tradesman. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Really good experience from start to finish. Good communication with all members of team. The cabinets are of a very high quality and are straight forward to assemble following the instructions. We had a problem with the hinges but replacements were with us the next day - great customer service. Could not recommend online Bedrooms highly enough and would not hesitate to use again
