Absolutely wouldn't recommend. Delivery was quick, but parts of drawers were missing and the wrong hinges were sent. To their credit this was eventually sorted, but I still have two different styles of door handle and some sort of warping, which they don't seem bothered about.

We ordered from Online Bedrooms last year- a 2m long sliding door wardrobe. Initial conversations with the sales team were positive, not pushy and helpful in answering questions. We had maybe three chats with the sales teams over a few months before we placed an order, mostly for our benefit to check our dimensions as it was a costly investment. The team kept us up to date with production, and when it came to delivery, the drivers they use are excellent and helped us move 16 boxes in total into the house! We did a quick check on delivery and found one item missing (one rail!) which was resolved the same day, replacement arrived only a couple days after. Installation was straight forward, I’m a mediocre DIY’er and it took about 4 days. The quality of the wardrobe itself was way more than I expected for the price- only criticism I would have is that it seems they haven’t thought through the design of sliding doors as they expect a sliding door to close up directly to a wall which is never dead plumb so we had to buy some additional furniture board from B&Q- but then again, maybe I didn’t say this in the planning stage or maybe misread the instructions. We contacted Online bedrooms maybe 3 times during the assembly stage for several reasons; on one occasion Robin got back to us immediately but twice we called about the sliding door against the wall situation and were promised call backs which we never received. However, this is such a minor problem in the grand scheme that I can’t give them anything less than 5. The price they quote was far lower than anything else we could find and the quality was excellent. If the one problem we had saved us £1000 then I’m all for it. I would definitely order from them again and would recommend to anyone.

Very smooth process from start to finish - Jamie super helpful - quick to quote and amend quotes - happy to talk through options, nothing too much trouble - knew the product well so could answer installation questions (via WhatsApp real-time which was so helpful!!) - all arrived undamaged and plenty of fixings etc - YouTube video and paper instruction for install very helpful - wardrobe quality as good as sharps for less than half the price Would definitely use again without hesitation.

Really good quality units at a sensible price. I did my homework and was very pleased with online bedrooms. ( to anyone considering one of the well known high street names; don’t do it! - online bedrooms are significantly better and much cheaper)

I was referred to Online Bedrooms by a friend. I live in Guernsey and getting anything at all is expensive and complicated for the most part, so from my perspective using a company 'off island' comes with its risks. However, in my case this worry was unfounded. The designer was helpful, quick and responsive and followed up quickly and listened to my requests for changes to be made to the design. The delivery to the onward shipping agent was exactly in line with the timeline and everything was very well packaged. Whilst I cannot vouch for the fitting work as I used a joiner to do this for me, the end result is of an extremely high standard, the look is very pleasing and it is overall very practical given the space I had available.

The whole process from initial contact to delivery and after sales was smooth and excellent. Product is a high quality and for a competent diy'er straightforward to install. If you're not I would recommend getting a trade in. Either way the product is great value for money and I would use Online bedrooms over the main fitted wardrobe companies from now on.

We submitted our drawings and measurements on line and Jamie, contacted us the next day. We placed our order and it was delivered and carried into the room where we stored it until we were ready to build. The wardrobes are all very well made and so easy to put together, every unit had a number and everything from shelves to doors and plinths were numbered the same. They are lovely and solid with the backing made from the same thick material not flimsy backing board. Everything fitted perfectly and now have masses of room for all our clothes
