Sham of a company
Disgusting company. Ordered a fridge freezer 28th January. Sold me something that wasn’t in stock, I was happy to wait until they said they would have stock a few weeks later. Nothing turned up so I chased again. Waited another week and nothing. Eventually got fed up of chasing them up and asked for a refund. Guess what? The refund never came through. I chased them up for 6 weeks trying to get my money back. I eventually had to contact the bank to get my money back. I was more than happy to wait if they had issues but the lack of correspondence and lies from customer service was appalling. Shameful sham of a company. Please read reviews before purchasing from these clowns.

Order made 15th January and after many emails still no refund and now they have ignored my last 2 emails, so now lodged a dispute with my bank to process a chargeback, which will cost them more. AVOID AVOID AVOID, not worth the hassle, just wish I had known about this site before ordering. Really bad customer service who just tell you lies, disgusting way to treat people. So disappointed.

DONT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE!!! How are these thieves allowed to continue trading?!? Lie upon lie, upon lie. Ordered an American fridgefreezer 30/01/21 and paid £410 for nothing. Promised it’d be here over and over again (they don’t have any stock, but take orders anyway!!) so on 02/04/2, I asked for a BACS refund which is almost immediate. They then spin another lie saying it’ll take 8 days to clear and that period has passed. Called again twice today and been told a multitude of nonsense and that I’d be refunded in the next few days!!! Who can I report these absolute clowns to? Their holding co is- Dexter Holdings Limited 169 Piccadilly Mayfair, London W1J 9EH. Maybe they are just as dodgy?

Finally got my refund after nearly 3 weeks of trying. Company blamed a new computer system. If you are still having trouble with refunds phone Jenny on 01423802086. That was the number she used to inform me of my refund. Three hours later money was back in my account. Word of caution check reviews of unknown companies save a lot of trouble.

Do not buy form this company. I ordered a microwave on 3rd December. They said no stock until May 2021. I sent them details to cancel my order but everyday they came back with all manor of excuses about not being able to send me my £299.00 refund. I had to contact my card company to get the refund back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Ordered a fridge freezer on 19th feb. Still not delivered. Staff very rude when calling and said I’m just not happy with her answer. Don’t think it’s out of order to ask for an update. Excuse and excuse it’s been 7 weeks now. No sympathy or understanding of my frustration from the call centre. Been promised 3 call backs and still not received 1. Absolutely disgusting. Cancelled order a week ago as found somewhere with the same fridge in stock and ready for delivery. Still waiting for refund meaning I’m stuck in buying from a company who can actually deliver ! Should add that whilst there is clearly something very wrong here, it doesn’t feel like a typical scam - more that something has gone very wrong within the company - and the poor people on the phones are actually lovely. Received cancellation email now and been told 3 days for refund - apparently processing. We’ll see.
Awful company
Awful company! Avoid! I almost never leave negative reviews, I have run pubs for 20 years and am aware of the ridiculous things some people complain about. Ordered a new dishwasher, cheap I agree, was told about 2 weeks. Called to enquire roughly when I could expect delivery, was told 2 months! Convoluted refund/excuse policy. Gave up and asked brilliant Barclays for a charge back, done in 2 days. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
