I can’t even rate this as per all the other reviews. Ordered in April no delivery as promised asked for a refund in June was promised within 21 working days still nothing cannot get through you are asked to send an email you get an automated response and no one gets back to you. AVOID AVOID .

Avoid Avoid Avoid! Placed My order on the 13th May. After numerous excuses of why there was a delay in delivery I decided to cancel. Still haven’t had a refund after the 21 days. This money is really important to Me. Totally let down.

DO NOT BUY A THING same story as everyone else, I have been waiting for my order since June after spending £700 with this Mickey Mouse ‘company’ and kept being fobbed off. I have now been waiting over 6 weeks for a refund and have had no choice but to contact my credit card company to get my refund, the police for fraud and trading standards. These people have to be stopped.

Had a similar experience as other poor…

Had a similar experience as other poor reviewers. After 2 months of being fobbed off with automated emails, I eventually went to my credit card company to get a refund. Have reported them to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice Bureau and they have suggested I might like to also report them to Action Fraud. They are a complete scam.

Stupidly I placed an order without reading reviews!! I have been waiting a month for delivery and keep being fobbed off with a date. You can never speak to them on the phone as they say they are too busy! I am going to report them to trading standards and will now go through my credit card company to recover the money I have paid. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Highly disappointing

Highly disappointing, i had read the bad reviews but thought i’d take the risk seen as all review on the site is positive (big mistake). I had bought a washing machine in July, a preorder for August. I called in August and was told that yes the order will be with me by mid/end of August on for an email to be sent at the end of August that it will now arrive in November. Now to get a refund will probably be an issue as i received email that it could take a month.

Absolutely terrible con artists. Dont use at any cost

Absolutely terrible. I ordered something in June they said was available, when I hadn’t heard one month later they said they would check. No response. When i said i wanted to cancel in August they deferred the cancellation as said i had to cancel with cancellations. It’s now one month since cancellations and havnt recieved a penny. Going to report them to trading standards. Update on 8 September - email recieved (clearly only because i have added this review to trust pilot and threatened trading standards and also i have contacted to bank to recover the payment) from the company, saying refund will be processed. My mistake, they havnt actually still refunded the payment. Got an email 2 weeks ago after the review telling me i would get a refund. It hasnt arrived. My bank has refunded me the payment whilst they take them on.i will never use them again. What is amazing is that they can offer stock that is available and in stock ready for delivery in 10 days and they dont have it. You pay, and they sit on your money for 2 to 3 months before getting it back after a tortious process, and no goods recieved. that feels like deception to obtain funds, for goods they dont have.

Absolute caaaants!

Absolute Caants! Ordered washing machine on June 2nd no washing machine arrived and still waiting on refund! Can't get through on phone and nor responding to emails. Please don't use them. Managed to get a washing machine delivered in 3 days from Curry's with installation really cheap! My bank is dealing with it now so should get cash back but what a hassle. Find it difficult to understand why anyone would work for this diabolical company

What an absolute shower of S**t this…

What an absolute shower of S**t this company is. They are hanging onto our money after we cancelled our order. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to our emails . On the occasion they did answer the phone the lady was really rude to my husband and also kept referring to him as darling and love. HARDLY PROFESSIONAL! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
