Don't go there. Took my 369.99 immediately and 5 weeks later still not had the washer dryer and yet they're still advertising. How are they allowed to do that?

Do not buy from this company their customer service is appalling. I ordered a washing machine from them at the end of June. 2 weeks later I had heard nothing from them I contacted them to be told that it had gone out of stock and could I wait another 7-10 weeks. I cancelled immediately only to be told a refund could take up to 21 working days why this should be I have no idea. Even this has proved too much for them as over a month later I am still waiting. This company for whatever reason is scamming people I repeat have nothing to do with this company you will not see your purchases or to my experience get your money back. Disgraceful !! You have had my details for 7 weeks I have emailed you on several occasions you have said you will update me but never have. You are clearly scammers. I would be prepared to eat my words if you pay me back my money that you have had for goods you obviously had no intention of supplying. Shame on you!

Do NOT order from this company - also linked to TVGROUP.COM (see reviews on Trust Pilot). I have successfully received a refund through my bank when I realised that my cooker was not going to be delivered. Although we had been promised a delivery date of 10th August (which WE had to chase up), on the 9th August we had a call from Hotpoint Logistics to say our item was out of stock. I didn't mind as I had already received the full refund (by applying to my bank) and cancelled the order via email, knowing it would be ignored like my other emails had been. I believe it's time for this company to be investigated for fraud as it's rare for a company to take the money out of the customer's account so quickly and yet be so slow at fulfilling it's side of the contract. I believe there is a definite intent for deception.

The same as everyone else, now 4 months in and still waiting for refund, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A JOKE In addition to your reply, so the longest you have to wait is 21 days, that would be great but I've waited 100 plus 🤦♂️🤦♂️

Same experience as those below. Ordered a washer in May. Last delivery date was August. No contact. Tried to cancel- no contact. Emails unanswered, chat function on website generated a ticked but no reply and phones not being manned. Please report this company to Action Fraud if you are in the same position.

Ordered an American fridge freezer 18th February 2021. Customer service was poor, delivery date given but never received. When I rang they offered a new delivery date, and said I would receive a follow up call. This never happened. I cancelled the order on the 28th June 2021,after four months of waiting. I called countless times, asking to speak to a manager after various attempts to resolve the issue - which I never did. On four separates occasions, I was told I would receive a call back. I never did. Countless emails were sent, they advised a refund would be processed. At first, I was advised a BACs payment and waited 21 working days!! Then I was advised a cheque had been sent and I waited 14 working days. When I call they are too busy to answer. I will never use this company again, and would not recommend using this company. I have just received an email asking that I contact my bank to claim the refund back!! I am appalled at your service Appliance Group.Com you should be ashamed. Bank refunded w/c 9th August. Please contact your bank a regarding a refund.

This company promised delivery of my electric cooker in between10-14 days i waited 2months and was still told it would be at leased another month so i cancelled the order and then was tod it would take another 2 weeks for my money to be in my bank.i would not recommend this company to anyone you may howevery have been treated better than myself lucky you
Stay away...Taken my money!
Stay away...This company have taken £288.99 of my money! Placed order on 22nd June, was emailed the following day saying it was out of stock, I said I wish to cancel then they magically found one which would get to me in the 10-14 days stated...13th July still no product so I cancelled my order, suddenly all gone very quiet. All Ive received is automatic replies then on 23rd July someone replied wanting my order number and details (which of course were already in the email chain, so just time wasting) I replied straight away and then nothing since, back to automated replies! Absolutely ridiculous, I will now be taken further action to get my hard earned money back!
