One star is too high but no option to zero rate. I have been trying to help a friend who ordered and paid for a cooker in May this year. Cooker never arrived & after chasing many times (phone and email), eventually advised they were unable to get the cooker! Requested an immediate refund but was advised “you have to go through the cancellations email address”. Did this & email received auto response stating 21 days for a refund. Here we are in OCTOBER & still no refund. They are not answering calls or responding to emails (other than automated response). My friend is not well & the stress of all of this is making her worse. This company has had her money since May 17th. Totally disgusting & should not be allowed to trade. I will be seeking recourse for her through legal channels and can only warn others DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

If i could give zero stars I would! Ordered a dishwasher in July 2021, they had manufacturing issues so major delay in delivery times so i requested a refund to complete my project on time. No refund... No dishwasher. And no reply to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
AVOID - DELIVERY AND REFUND ISSUES
As per the general theme here. Ordered back in August based on a 3 working day delivery, told after paying it would take 2/3 weeks. Cancelled the order, told refund would be 21 working days. Now at 31 working days and still no refund. Based on the other reviews, it might take a while to get the refund. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

I don't even want to put one star!! I had to cancel an order for a gas hob that was out of stock in July and wasn't expected back in until after our new kitchen was being fitted at the earliest. I sent a cancellation email, as instructed, on 15th July and I'm STILL waiting for a refund! Obviously, I paid THEM the day I placed the order. Absolutely appalling customer service - can't get them on the phone (there's a recorded message saying try again later or email on customer care). I've emailed on customer care who, when they bother to reply, say I have to email the cancellations email address with my order number etc, even though I've now done that 9 times! Get the automated response every time saying it'll take a while to refund, but nothing more. Max 21 working days, it says. It's now been over two months and I STILL don't have my money back!!! I'll be posting reviews on any website I can find about the terrible service, and looking at other ways of pursuing the debt. Don't use them!!! I expect the response from them will say 'covid/brexit' are the cause. I just want my money!! I bet they won't pay any interest on it! Shocking.

Do not use this company. Waited over a month for a refund and still waiting. Changed delivery time twice so would have to wait 3 months for my appliance. Can't speak to anyone on the phone as it says they are to busy. Also have to wait at least a week for a reply to emails. Absolutely disgusted at the company service, I repeat do not use this company.

Total scam Having recieved a cheque for the full amount only to find that the cheque was a rubber one it bounced better that a kids rubber ball. And this was signed by a Mrs Rebecca Beasley the company director of dexter holdings Registered company number 1260462 Registered vat number 305670904. And I'm now left with no other option than to take this to trading standards And my bankto retrieve my refund.
