Bought a second hand controller for switch I assumed it would be black as per website but when arrived was pink .it wasn't suitable for person receiving so returned and got refund

I ordered a 32G ipod, it came with a delivery note that identified it as a 32G ipod. While trying to set it up it wouldn't take what I was trying to put on it, this prompted me to check the storage and it turns out the ipod was 16G which is no use for what I wanted.
