Purchase was broken

I purchased 2games from Cex and one game which was PacMan wii was unplayable i had a very disappointed boy here and another game i purchased which was wii party wasn’t even in the box instead i got wii play in a wii party box

Device was blocked with password from previous owner so could not get into phone

I have bad experience with that shop, got a Xbox one Kinect from them ask about set they had sent me package home as they had nothing at the shop that day. Open before Xmas and find out there was no cables to connect 😡 though all my family will have something fun over the holidays. Really disappointed never buy again at this shop

With regards order no. 1021799 that I purchased, it is a disaster. It doesn't work, it won't turn on with Ps4. This was a Christmas present for my young fella, but now I'm going to have buy another one. I won't be buying off CeX again,thought I could trust them but obviously not.

Bought a Huawei P50 Pro from CeX/Webuy Ireland. The device was advertised as B-Grade. I would say, it is somewhere between B+ and A- . Clean, with just some minor scratches on the frame.Battery health on arrival was 85% according to Huawei's built-in battery management software. 85% on a Huawei phone beats most competitors' devices with a new battery. So all is good. The device was delivered promptly - especially given that I ordered during the height of the Christmas shopping madness. And the phone was well packaged.
