Headphones arrived and were terrible quality. Extremely well used and padded part was tore. I returned the item to CEX in Portlaoise and it couldn't have been handled any better. No hassle, full refund and the member of staff couldn't have been more apologetic. It gave me trust to purchase again in the future. Mistakes are made everyday but your member of staff was brilliant.

Item as described works on my Mac book air but its not actually an Air charger its from a MacBook pro, that has larger component that the air chargers but does the job perfectly well so happy this end :-)

order 3 things from cex.1 was completely different item sent than that that was shown on web site . 2 item i was charged 1 price only for it to arive and it was labeled up at a lower price third item ordered payed for only to be emailed 3 days later to say they had lost it and was refunding me for it .
