Upon Binding my coverage I was asked for my now prior policy dec page to so the agent could cancel that policy and inform my prior company of the switch. I confirmed 2 times during the conversation and had it emailed to me that the cancellation would be handled, however it never was. My mortgage company paid both policies in Nov 2019. My escrow has been a mess and before I was aware I made 2 monthly payment that were short due to the increase escrowpay back. I personally just cancelled my old HOI on 04/07/2020 and had it back dated to Nov. I am currently working trying to have my credit fixed. The amount of time and effort this issue is causing me is extensive, and completely avoidable if the agent would have done what he in fact volunteered to do from the beginning. I am giving 3 stars and not less because the home inspector was pleasure to work with and very informative.

Very happy with Peoples Trust so far. They covered my house when knowone else would as there are decorative bars on the windows which were here when I bought the house. The price is very competative and they have been efficient in every way. Thanks for you help!

When my previous Insurance company went bankrupt I was easily able to renew a policy with People's Insurance Company. Their inspector was polite and courteous.
