Absolutely the worst insurance company out there. First of all they asked me got my wind mitigation report and I went to Staples and printed nice color copies and sent them to deerfield beach office and I also emailed the sales center. then I schedule a home inspection, and the guy cancels a day before this is supposed to happen then I schedule another inspection and my assistant called out of work so I called to reschedule. Then they send me a cancellation notice for non-compliance when the home inspection was scheduled. I called customer service and the lady said that they would have this corrected and not to worry about the cancellation notice. Then I get an adjusted bill taking away the wind mitigation credit and the home inspection was performed a week later since ever time I called to schedule a home inspection they are a month out. After the home inspection was performed there was powder room sink that needed a 1.4 turn to tighten, which was done when the home inspector was out but everything else checked out. A few days later I logged into my PTI to see if they updated my policy and they held true to the cancellation. So I was cancelled 3 weeks ago when the lady said it would be corrected. I immediately called them and asked what the heck is going on with my policy, they said I was in non-compliance for home inspection. They found the home inspection was performed and they did in fact receive the wind mitigation but the file was never updated. So for their negligence I am uninsured then the icing on the cake they want a licensed contractor to confirm the sink is not leaking, when it was never leaking to begin with it just needed to be tightened by hand (no wrench). Then I asked if I am cancelled then where is my refund check since I only had this insurance for less than 3 months. They proceed that it has not been processed and they could not tell me what the amount of the refund is or would be. DO NOT USE PEOPLE TRUST! Over the phone they say People Trust Insurance is much lower than other out there because they inspect the homes but in reality they are on par other insurance companies like Tower Hill and US Causality. These people are crooks that hold your money up and will drop you for anything. No wonder why american's do not trust any insurance companies, way to set the bar even lower People's Trust Insurance.

Affordable Premium. I am grad I found People's Trust--I am a new customer. I called People's Trust many times and talked with different employees. It was very assuring that all the employees I talked with knew what went on with my case (good record keeping, I assume.) The employees must have been trained very well and the computer system must have been set up very nicely. They did what they said they would do without exception in my case (refund of inspection fee, credit for wind mitigation, adjustment of the premium due to discounts.) Besides the affordable premium, the service seems to be good.
