The Hotel was beautiful , staff helpful & our room spacious & clean. Would stay there again for sure. The only downside was our room was not made up for our arrival at 3pm & took a further hour. And on our 2nd day our room wasn't made up before 2pm, took a call & was supposed to be done by 3 & wasn't & took a visit to reception to have it done. The only let down.

Gemma was a brilliant help with liaising with our hotel to change our dates. Not only was she able to secure the date change, she did it all with excellent customer service. Luxury Escapes provide a great service - thanks Gemma!

Andrew N was amazing today. I phoned in regards to a tour and changing dates. There was a mix up in room types that were rebooked and Andrew N went above expectations to get this fixed for me. Thank you, much appreciated

Very accommodating, attention to detail was great from all staff. Room was nice with great sea views and everything inside worked well. Well located near tram stations, beach and the main commercial area.
