Luxury Escapes has no integrity

I booked a hotel Moss Hotel Hobart through Luxury Escapes. I paid in full, whilst looking up to check the dates, I noticed that the booking had been cancelled. No explanation, no email informing me. Just left high and dry. Now when I check on Luxury Escapes website the accommodation is twice the price. That is my only explanation as to why my accommodation has been cancelled, they can now make more money. I don’t believe that shows any integrity. I have never had any other website do this. When I contacted Luxury Escapes , they told me that I can get a full refund instead of a credit note .. how very kind of them. Seems that if you have a booking and it’s paid for Luxury Escapes will not necessarily honour that booking. Particularly if as the date gets closer they can double the price. Buyer beware..

Grand by name, grand in delivery

Really enjoyable stay at the recently opened Grand Chancellor in Auckland. Luxury Escapes helped by offering a room upgrade for a fair price so we had panoramic views of the city and harbour, a drink each night and an awesome buffet brekky each morning. The package swayed my booking choice -- we are thrilled to have ended up at the property offered, it's wonderful.

Excellent packages

I have booked with luxury escapes many times. They seriously do offer the best deals and the customer service is fantastic. I recently had to cancel a package last minute and Helwest G assisted me with resolving the matter to my utmost satisfaction. So polite, friendly, understanding and helpful. Cannot think him and the team enough for providing the assistance. Highly recommend them.

Our friends booked with Tegan L and as we were working difficult for us to confirm. Tegan L went above and beyond to secure the booking so our friends and ourselves could celebrate our special anniversaries together. Tegan L was amazing…one very happy customer.

Prompt and helpful customer service 😀

I wanted to change my hotel room booking. I rang and was given the option for a call back. I received one from Nikita M who was very helpful and able to assist me with my request. She followed it up with a comprehensive email confirming all my details and amendments. I found Nikita M to be professional polite and efficient. It is customer service like I received from Nikita M that encourages me to come back and book with Luxury Escapes and cudo.

The deals are definitely good value

Everything with the trip went perfect, Booking was pretty smooth besides the sales assistant forgot to add flybuys, called up to add it and was told I was unable to but I ended up getting a voucher to get money off an attraction. Had most meals, drinks package and massage included for first hotel and some for the second, saved lots of money by having this include.
