Lovely resorts and fantastic service

We stayed at Sofitel Nusa Dua Bali and Sanctoo Villas at Ubud. Both resorts were fantastic. The pools and restaurants were great with great food and the service was 5⭐️all the time. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and both resorts made it special for us with messages and special set ups in our room which was lovely.

Cicilia B was outstanding on online chat, and she sorted my issue very efficiently and with a friendly manner. Thanks to her efforts, she was able to secure a suite for my upcoming stay, an excellent upgrade for less than my original reservation.. Something very nice to look forward to! Great customer service by my assigned case manager with her call to me received under 2 hours of my call to Luxury Escape. Her speedy reply call answering my queries was greatly appreciated. Her follow up email confirmation displayed good attention to detail.

Timely and Quickly

Sebastian R was able to answer my questions quickly and explained how payment would be made. Would have liked to be able to make an interim payment to pay down balance. Not an option, now I know that.

Cancellation Transfers

Imogen B was very helpful when I needed to cancel transfers. The wording was incorrect but she didn’t dismiss me . She went to her manager and was given approval to refund due to misinformation in cancellation policy.

Change of accommodation date due to airline departure date

We had to alter the dates for our holiday package to Bali because the airline changed the departure date to a day later. All staff at L E were fantastic and contacted the hotel in Bali on our behalf. Prompt, precise ,excellent response from all at Luxury Escapes. A bonus was the credit to our account for a day less stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perseverance

My support contact Nikita M.tried through every avenue possible to find a way for me to take up the offer by Luxury escapes for a 3 day Singapore stop on Sintosa Is. at the Sofitel hotel. Even though my required dates were outside the range offered Nikita tried unsuccessfully to arrange my request. Never mind , as suggested by Nikita we will keep our eyes open for an extension on the offer ,or other similar offers. We look forward to another escape , as all our previous Luxury Escape bookings have fulfilled our expectations!
