Sydney Staycation

Great location. Close to ferry and light rail underneath. Plenty of dining options. Room was very comfortable and service great. We went with 2 other couples for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good value for money. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will stay again.

Found out our booking has been cancelled while at the hotel

Please stay away from Luxury Escapes if you don’t want your holiday ruined. Booked and paid in full only to find out at the hotel that our booking has been cancelled. Need to pay again at the hotel during checkout. After two weeks debacle trying to get out money back and requesting compensation, $100 promo voucher with a bunch of restriction offered. You can keep your voucher as I won’t be booking with Luxury Escapes anymore. Oh, and rude “customer experience team” who doesn’t care about customer at all. Oh and we are still waiting for the difference in the payment (the amount we paid the hotel was higher and LE decided to refund the amount we paid them initially, still waiting for the difference to come through)

Our stay at Mantra Lorne….

Our stay at Mantra Lorne as part of the Great Ocean Road Escape package was fantastic. The beachfront location offered stunning ocean views and easy access to Lorne’s coastline. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, making for a relaxing retreat. The daily breakfast had a great selection, and the dining credit was a wonderful bonus, allowing us to enjoy a delicious meal at the hotel’s restaurant. Lorne is a perfect getaway, with beautiful coastal walks, charming cafés, and plenty to explore. This package offers a great mix of comfort, convenience, and value—highly recommended!

Your excellent staff Mintra helped me to change my accomodation change very quickly. Mintra negotiated with the hotel for me. Thanks to Mintra, we will enjoy our stay end of this month. I will definitely check your offers on my fututre business trip etc.
