I always find luxury escapes site very easy to navigate. If you call to speak to someone, they are always so pleasant and helpful and always email with all the information you need. So nice when you call and speak to a real person

Customer service

Vera N and Agrestasha L from luxury Escapes have been very helpful and patient. When I contacted luxury Escapes I had a response straight away. They answered all my questions. The service definitely is wonderful. Our resort in phuket was very nice and we had a decent deal through luxury escapes.

Shocking company

Shocking company. Won't take any responsibility for mismanagement by the hotels they book on behalf of. Then they try and avoid refunds by offering a holiday credit instead. Avoid at all costs I note the standard response below. Note for the record the hotel offered a 2 night out of 7 refund for a complete displacement of our room with a termite infestation in the 1000s in the middle of the night and then forgot about my family until 10am the next day when we had no access to luggage or medicine. Luxury Escapes response to the refund offer direct from the hotel was to first pass on a credit (no refund) then try and claim 20% of the refund as an admin fee (which is ridiculous) and now giving standard corporate responses. A money focussed organisation with no customer focus. Book direct with hotels and save yourself a lot of grief

Vicki W - excellence service and knowledgeable cruise consultant in LE

I booked a cruise with LE, but I have future credits in Virgin Vogages, I requested LE if we can use the credit to offset the payment in LE, the first hand consultant told me it is not possible, I requested to raise a case to Cruise department and Vicki W was on this case. She gave me feedback that the payment must be done in full before she can apply the credit, that was thru email.. I was disappointed at that time, thinking may be is not possible, until after the full payment, i was still skeptic but emailed Vickie to remind and request to proceed since the payment is paid in full, a few days later she replied with the funds already in my original method of payment..I was so overjoy, she knew exactly what has to be done and promptly acted upon the case even that was 6+ ago.. Thank You so much to Vicki W for excellence service and knowledgeable cruise consultant

Wouldn’t recognise me to sign up, but…

Wouldn’t allow me to sign up as my email address wasn’t valid, according to them, but they messaged me about 10 times on the same address 🤷‍♂️ Absolutely shocking customer service and support and I won’t be spending my holiday money with them, when this is the level of support one can expect.
