Nikita Is a Great Asset To ICE-Comms

Nikita has been a great help to our business, always very quick to respond to requests and questions, very friendly and professional. She has also helped tremendously with our asset management and sorting all our numbers. Would definitely recommend using Ice-Comms if you get service like we get from Nikita.

Be cautious

I would suggest anyone considering a contract with Ice to be meticulous in reviewing the contract and terms. We unfortunately have had issues with the contract we find ourselves on being very different to the one sold and confirmed by their salesmen. Exit clauses are excessive and there is a significant rise at 18 months not explained. Sadly if the service and pricing was as promised we would have no reason to need to try and move (which unfortunately seems almost impossible). I have instructed my solicitor. As others point out, for any small businesses, if you have an issue with contract or service, there is no route for ombudsman support. I have seen a recent BBC article on a similar company last December, I only wish I had seen this before I got involved with Ice. For those of you who are considering signing up with them …..please be very aware.

Great Customer Service

Had a weird issue with being unable to activate call forwarding on a business phone because the existing target was out of the country. It was quite critical because the phone is used for emergency callouts, and all our clients have that number. David Smith took the issue seriously, and went through a range of different options and potential solutions, and stuck with us until it was resolved. Thanks for your help David!

ICE COMMS DELIVER

Hi I was contacted by Steve from ice. I normally just say not interested but I was a little bit intrigued so I listened. I was offered a fantastic package for 3 new iPhone phone 16s It really was a deal a deal I couldn’t refuse they even paid my outstanding contract. I really would like to recommend ICE COMMS if you are a business looking for a new phone deals Thanks Steve and Tom great job

Im sorry to say that I seem to be the only one who hasn't had such a good experience with Ice Comms.when trying to get information from my account handler about contract expiry dates etc it seems I am in a never ending contract with them. a 3 years contract, with an 18 Month "review" ( or in other words well tie you in for another 3 years) doesn't offer any flexibility only a threat that we will increase our charges if you don't re sign.....its hard to get out of a contract ( despite me being with them for over 5 years) without severe penalties for leaving !

Really happy with the service & assistance - Summer was great!

Really happy with our new phone lines. We had a small issue where the line was out of service, but we called up and were helped by SUMMER; she guided me through step-by-step how to reconnect my line, and we resolved the issue within a matter of minutes. Summer was super friendly and extremely helpful!
