Ice operate sharp business practice, they did in my case. Promises of inexpensive calls rubbish, will stay in touch, rubbish, will give you a dedicated manager rubbish and consequently lost me as a customer. Do not sign one of their contracts the price to leave is close to one thousand pounds.

James liaised with me for my queries that i had with our account and was polite, quick and efficient with his responses and found me all the information i needed and then referred me to the correct department. He was very professional, i hope to speak to James next time i have any questions.

Ice comms left us with no phone lines yet continue to charge us.
Speedy Skip Hire cancelled broadband in June 2024. We were still being billed for those. We requested termination fees in September 2024. Late September our phone line was stopped with your team saying it was a national outage. We are now January 2025 and no office phone and still being billed for both and discounts agreed are not being paid plus we have lost buisness approximately £8000 through this .

MISS-SOLD AND OVERPRICED
Have spoken with the team again today and despite my relationship manager being helpful and agreeing I had been misled, no resolution in sight for a hugely inflated and costly contract. Please check reviews as many are repeated from the same people to cover the real negative reviews being placed. Have been encouraged by their own team to raise a formal complaint and will be going to the Communications Ombudsman if it is not resolved. SME owners deserve better!

Following the set up of numerous business contracts, I have been dealing with James in Customer Support. His support has been second to none and he has assisted us massively with getting a handle on the billing of the contracts. Very patient and always prompt with his responses/assistance and calls when he says he will which is unheard of with many other providers out there. Thanks again
