##SCAMMERS##

£23,887.80 for 36 month contract on VODAFONE set up by ICE COMMS!! DO NOT GET INTO ANY KIND OF MOBILE PHONE CONTRACT WITH ICE COMMS / VODAFONE COMBINED! Currently 20 months into a 36 month contract so I just had a call from ICE COMMS offering my a new contract and new phones etc which I declined and said I'll be moving away and back to EE at the end of this contract, they have now taken the rebate away and are currently charging me £460 per month for 3 mobile phones because I didn't want to sign a new 3 contract with them (same 3 phones with EE on same contract is £206 per month) Also paying £202 per month for handset rental to Propel Finance... search them up on here and you will see all the customers who have been scammed. Currently in talks with a solicitor to contest this charge, what a nightmare. STAY WELL CLEAR FOLKS OR IT WILL COST YOU CONSIDERABLY MORE MONEY THAN YOU SIGNED UP FOR. Absolutely fuming!!!

Nevarda

Been a customer with Ice Communications for over a couple of years now, with only a couple of niggly problems along the way, but then come along a very odd and puzzling problems, but thank goodness when I rang to sort out the problem I was lucky to have Nevarda who was very knowledgeable very patient and polite as I am not very technical. Nevarda sorted out the phones nothing was to much trouble, he also always rang me when he said he would. Ice communications are very lucky to have him. Well done Joy

Great service and support

The switch over of the service from our old provider to ICE Comms worked well. The first couple of weeks with the help of Nevarda we fine tuned the system to work exactly how we wanted it to and he was great in helping us understand the system better and give any training we needed.

Great service throughout!

Great service throughout! I was cold called by ice comms so I was sceptical but they offered to buy out the rest of my contract with EE and offered a good deal on a new phone. Everything went great with no complaints and I have received the payment for the contract buy out. Also since then I lost my SIM card and needed a replacement and the service received was spot on. 100% recommended.
