I have to give a very big mention about Madison who was brilliant with me this week about an issue I had to do with my account. She was quick in reply’s via email and dealt with my problem and I am highly satisfied with the conclusion

Had an issue with a phone on our contract that required an eSIM replacement, emailed support who assigned Maria to sort it for me who was extremely helpful, she got my replacement set up and sent out super quickly. Really good service.

Many thanks to Summer at Ice comms, we had a problem with our base station, and she bent over backwards to help us out and make the problem as easy as possible. Summer phoned us back with her progress and kept us informed. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Rachael was so helpful and friendly on the phone during the installation of our new phones, she helped from start to finish on the broadband installation and checked in regularly to see how it was going. Any issues resolved very quickly. 10/10 would recommend!

Recently had a major outage which was nothing that anyone could help - local works and a cable cut, within 30 minutes of the problem being flagged, Mark was on site with a 4g router to keep us online whilst Openreach worked on the problem! I had a few issues with setting up my work phone, however ICE comms customer service team were always quick to respond and helped me to resolve my issues, by giving me very clear guidance and support. I spoke with a guy called James who was very helpful and I would highly recommend.

Maria, was a breath of fresh air as our start with ICE was a bit ropey in other areas, but sorted now. Maria was persistent in a positive way, trying to get us connected to O2 portal link.
