Had an Issue with our terminal this afternoon and I spoke to a Melvin Onu, who's customer service was amazing and he resolved the matter. Thank you Melvin.

Richard helped as best he could given the restrictions he was under with trying to provide us with the best solution, the star down is more down to RMS rather than Richard himself

Ash did an excellent job of getting my invoice - but as I told him, this invoice should be generated automatically rather than me have to ask for it yet again - it's rather disturbing when RMS is an IT system!
