Wish I had never heard of this company

Wish I had never heard of this company. I have been charged £200 on DD this month for machines I have not had for months! I have tried ringing but the company seems to have disappeared but surprise surprise they are still able to process DIRECT DEBITS! no customer service or technical support. I have cancelled all debits to RMS bet i'll get a call now! AVOID AVOID.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I have a customer for nearly 10 years. All was good until recently. It is impossible to contact them by phone or E mail. They do not answer or reply. Do not know if they are still trading. I am cancelling my DDs to them and take my business elsewhere.

What’s Happened to RMS?

I’ve been a client for over 15 years, my terminal has now been having on/off issues for 2 months. Cannot contact any technical advisor, you just sit on hold until it cuts off. Have sent numerous emails, with only an auto reply, saying someone will respond in 5 days? Can only assume they are no longer trading. I’m therefore cancelling all services with immediate effect as they are in breach of their service provider contract and of no use to my business at all?

Not sure what's happened to this sorry…

Not sure what's happened to this sorry excuse for a business they used to be quite reliable. My card terminal started playing up so rang technical support no answer just on hold listening to the worst music ever for 40 minutes until the call is cut off. it's been like this for a week now having tried numerous times. I have emailed with no response until I sent at threatening email which did get an automated response saying they'll get back to me within 5 working days! That's no good when I'm running a business and can't take payments from customers. It's an utter shambles and they do not deserve anyones business. Edit: I have cancelled my direct debit now as I have had no response whatsoever, even to my email notifying them of my intention to quit. I honestly think they have gone out of business and not let anyone know.

If I could give a zero I would!! Have trying to contact them for over a month via email and phone. No one picks up the phone and you are left on hold with the worst music ever! Auto email replys that state they will deal with your enquiry within 5 working days though faster if possible!!! What a joke! Complete waste of my time!

AVOID!!

My terminal stopped working last Friday, I spent several hours trying to get through on the phone and have now emailed several times too without any response. I can only conclude this company has gone bust which is very frustrating having been a loyal customer for 15 years! Not happy especially after forking out hundreds of pounds for their latest terminal only 2 years ago.

My ingenico iWL250 lost connection last…

My ingenico iWL250 lost connection last Friday.. It is now Tuesday and I have not been able to take card payments in my business (which accounts for 95% of my business) - I have tried ringing dozens of times. The longest I was hold was for almost 2 hrs. I have also emailed them - no one seems to be working there at all. 5 days in, and my frustration is at all all time high at one of my busiest periods. This is totally unacceptable!!!!

I NEVER AGREED TO A 3 YEAR CONTRACT THEY NEVER PAID MY PREVIOUS CONTRACT OUT AS PROMISED CALLED A SWITCH. RMS RELEASE ME FROM YOUR CONTRACT AS ITS BEEN MIS SOLD
