I have been with RMS for a few years but am having to consider changing because they don't send me invoices and I can't contact them. Does anyone know what has happened to them? Are they having problems?

The sales rep promises you world he will help with cancelling your old contract they will help with compiant issues do not believe a word. I have been on hold every day for an hour to get cut of ,they dont reply to emails shocking company theres better out there

Card machine went down
Card machine went down. 2 hours waiting to get through to someone. New Card machine sent ot only to find it was a reconditioned one and not working..... 4 hours so so trying to get through to someone to pick up the phone to cancel contact..... Do not use RMS Sent email 25th September still waiting for reply .

Please, please, please do not use this company as a card provider, persisted for a year and gave them the benefit of the doubt for so long, but all you get is blackouts where the machine won't work and when you do it's impossible to makle contact as if they don't exist. You have been warned!

Nightmare to get InTouch with this company have called continuously and no answer then email and get a reply saying due to a high number of calls they are very busy. I screen shot'd the calls up to an hour each time and no answer. Had a bill for 2 card machines and two different prices charged this is the first actual bill sent for over 2 years they usually just take the money. Avoid there are better companys to deal with and I will be taking my own advice as soon as I can cancel
