I am having a nightmare with your support i have been calling everyday since last wednesday to be told that they can not get through to customer loyalty team and that someone will call me back . i am still waiting we have had no card service from you in over 5 days at our business. The call centre staff just do not know what they are doing. No email for complaints either......

Great experience - we have a few machines with them and Mike Spicer is always a great help and sorts everything for us straight away - would always use RMS - highly recommended 👍👍

Awful company

Hi, I am a very frustrated customer. They have appalling customer service! I have been trying to speak to someone regarding your awful service for 2 months, bearing in mind we’ve only been with them 3 months. I spoke to the call centre again today to advise that I was fed up of waiting for someone to deal with my complaint and I wanted a call back from a manager as I wanted to cancel our service, obviously no call was received. I advised if I didn’t get this resolved by today I would cancel the direct debit. So if no one contacts me be back tomorrow that’s what I will do ! I wonder if you might listen then ?

Had an issue with the card machine not linking to the Epos Now till system, after a few attempts with other staff member I was connected through to Ashraf, Ashraf showed his professionalism and knowledge when addressing my issue, after several different attempts he managed to get my card machine to work again, so a huge thanks to Ashraf!

Lack of follow up customer service

After a promising first meeting with Ross we were excited for everything he and RMS as a company could provide us. This was back in January it is now May and we are still not up and running, everything has gone wrong to wrong account details to the delivery of the card machines. We have tried many times to resolve the issues with RMS themselves and Ross our salesman (who we are still waiting to help us come set up). Ross is now ignoring calls and not turning up when promised. We are now in the process of trying to cancel but yet again let down by no-one returning phone calls and no shows from Ross. As a company we understand set backs happen but it's the lack of communication and customer service we are disappointed in.

The service offered by this company is diabolical, invoices are not emailed automatically as is supposed to be the case. Instead we have to spend 10-20 minutes every month of our precious time contacting them to send the invoices, when we bring up the problem. They also still show 5 trustpilot stars on their invoices when its actually 4 and should be 0.

My card terminal received an update several weeks ago and since then had nothing but problems, after several calls to RMS for them to say everything was fine and tried to pass the blame I was about to give a 1 star like many others here and leave RMS. However before I could contact them again I received a call out of the blue from a Lady called Anna Donnelly, who called me to say she can see I've had problems and wants to help me solve this, within 15 minutes on the phone with her trying a few test she instantly said my machine is at fault and ordered me a new one right away. This 5 star given is for Anna, I really think RMS could do with employing more staff like here, maybe RMS would receive a lot more 5 stars. Thanks Anna.
