Terrible and Appalling Service. Faulty Machines and extremely poor Customer Service
I have received the most terrible and unprofessional service from Retail Merchant Service. I originally started with them back in December 2021 and I am still today (5 Months on) trying to rectify the mess and financial loss caused by this poor service. I have not had one working machine during this whole period and the customer service is long winded and sends you in a circular loop, unable to resolve anything. Finally after over 50 hours of my own time trying to rectify this matter - they agreed to refund me £400. Some relief even though it no way represented the re-imbursement of my time lost or loss of business. Yet three months on - still no refund!? Do not use this service. It is appalling that this company continues to trade even with the number of extremely poor reviews and experiences had by many.

AVOID... FULL FALSE PROMISES. I switched to this company as they told me they will pay off my existing contract which was nearly £1000, nearly a year down the line and debt collectors at my door they have told me they only honour £200. nothing was made clear and the call centre are appalling. promises everything and get nothing. now I am £1000 in debt which I have to pay and they can't do anything. I am now seeking advice from the financial services ombudsman to help me get this resolved DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have spent hours of my life complaining due to the lack of care, concern and call backs! This company will NEVER call you back . Their international help line are very polite but incapable of dealing with problems. My 3 credit card machines broke during a busy Sunday service at my restaurant and i was unable to take any payments. It cost my business thousands. Today after a 1 hour conversation, i am told i have to wait up to 5 working days to receive my new machine! My business cannot run without a working credit card machine!! I am contacting Trading Standards

Terrible service - avoid!!
Where to start!!?? After many weeks and many attempts to make contact with correct department, I am still no further in attempting to cancel my contract. I have received so much conflicting information I am really not sure what the next steps are!! I have been directed to different departments (last of which the handler refused to put me through to - instead insiting on sending me an email to repond to - which never arrived), sent online forms which were incorrect for my requirement, promised call backs/emails - never received!!!! I have been advised of some terms relating to my contract that I was not aware of and did not agree to at sign up!! Conveniently, the third party company who recommended/arranged the service only 2 years ago has now vanished without a trace!! The list is endless! I would not recommend this company to anyone - avoid at all costs!

I am writing yet another bad review
I am writing another review. This company is a joke. They are still asking for the cancellation fee to be paid after a year. I have asked them time and again for an invoice, so my new card company will pay it. They sent me a letter months ago to say I had had an appalling service and they reduced the fee to £500. I told them I still needed an invoice for it. A women called stating she was the new rep and would sort it. Never heard from her again and just getting repeated text messages asking for £1535.82. When you phone you get someone abroad who doesn't have a clue. Waiting for the bailiffs next!!!! Even though we are willing to pay. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. Let's see if I get a response? Merchant number: 2101620622. Update: it has finally been sorted. Thank you even though the experience has been very stressful.
