Absolutely amazing customer service. Im over the moon and want say very special thank you to person who assist me today Anna Donnelly who help me resolve my issue today. Never expect such a professional and knowledgeable approach to my very complicated issue. Until today my experience with costuomer service wasnt pleasent but because of ANNA DONNELLY who assist me today I absolutely chenged my opinion about this company. Keep up good work guys.

I dread to phone this company as I have to repeat myself 3 or 4 times as they've sourced customer service abroad. All I wanted to know if they did a PDQ machine that did ONE denomination charge payments like a zettle machine. I would have just got a zettle machine if I didn't have a contract in place here. Customer service thought I wanted to upgrade. Definitely do not want that. Waiting on an email for the products you supply. Was then asked to complete a survey at the end of the call which I really wanted to do as it would be shown how bad the service was. Customer service wouldn't hang up and came back 2 minutes later saying that there's an issue with disconnecting the call and asked for me to hang up. I stayed on the call for a further 5 minutes before I got redirected back to the start message saying to join RMS.... I am now looking for other providers.

What a company! If we could give them 0* - we would! Trying to purchase thermal till rolls & twice I've entered the card number only to be told I have to do it on a mobile - we don't have mobile signal in our building as it's a steel construction - but they don't listen! In addition we have a brand new card machine in it's box which we cannot use as it has not been set up correctly but we cannot get RMS to understand this! If it wasn't our most busiest time of the year we'd take our business elsewhere!

Do not be fooled by the salesman . This company fall down on every promise. They do not handle the switch for you .They do not pay any settlement fees for your old supplier. Next day payments take 3-4 days. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved. They do not return calls. If I could've scored them Zero stars I would have.

Business development manager Colin Wager turned up at my pub, no appointment. Told him I had signed with Dojo on a rolling contract the week previously. He then proceeded to slag off Dojo and their workforce. When he got no joy he told me I mustn't care about money! Rude very rude

DO NOT SIGN TO THIS COMPANY!!!! I signed to this company on 28/09/21 with Dean Scott (Business Development Manager South West) I was told by him that I had to do "nothing" everything would be taken care of their end in regards to my existing contact with my old supplier, this is not the case.... I have tried to contact Dean Scott on numerous occasions with promises by him that this would be sorted as I am currently paying for two card machines as my old supplier has not been contacted by them and they have sorted nothing! So here I am 7 months later out of pocket because of this company! I have spoken to their Head Office today and still I have not got anywhere... I just want to warn others to be careful as the "package they promise certainly isn't what you get!

I have received excellent customer from Angela French. She was very professional, informative and very fast to respond to my queries via telephone/text. Angela approached us at the right time, we were experiencing signal issues with our previous machine and decided to change. The machine was installed a few days ago and the signal and quality is very good.
