The product ordered, Riddex, never arrived. Six weeks on I have had notification that the order has been cancelled (no explanation given), but at least I have been refunded.

Waited over 2 months for my item to be delivered only to be told today that my order has been cancelled. Disappointed!!!! Lets hope that my refund of £152 dosen't take as long!!!!! Its a shame because this company offers some really unique stuff, shame they can't sell it!!

Placed an order for a water mirror online and didn’t receive the product on time. No updates from Expert Verdict were shared beforehand. I had to chase for updates with their customer team who kept postponing the delivery date and kept failing in communicating with me. After a month and a half, I cancelled the order. To say that I’m disappointed with the experience it’s an understatement.

Very disappointed with this delivery. parcel left just inside main downstairs door.My ninety years old husband had to struggle to the lift along the passage way and then from the lift on the third floor to put flat.

Website is shocking. I even wondered if I’d been scammed after placing order, as the whole search and transaction journey is poor. My item came without the battery or charger, and is clearly labelled as included on the order receipt. The price I have paid is more than the item plus delivery? Customer services line tells me they have a queue with any customers, and then the line cuts off. Have sent an email, hoping to get a response. Very archaic operation, and very poor customer journey.
