I would have given full marks, but your delivery service lets the whole thing down. They seem to use a heavy-handed policy to any item that goes through their hands. Please make sure your use good packing for all items that can be damaged in any way.

Easy to transform from sofa to bed. Comfortable to sleep on.

First order seemed to go astray as despatch never arriver at EvrI. Told to wait 13 days. Nothing arrived. On enquiry they said just to reorder as seemed have gone missing. New order went smoothly. Was a long wait for something needed quickly

Delivered by Royal Mail earlier than I though it would have been.

The hat I purchased was not to my liking as I felt the quality and style are not to my taste. I returned it to expert verdict and got a prompt refund which I appreciated.

Their Sonic Electric cleaner ruined my spectacles. They claim I had put them in the wrong way up. However nothing in the instructions to warn of this, and a simple design change of putting an absorbent pad on its interior base would have prevented it. Fitness for purpose? Bad design not seen in their internal review? Action on my complaint was to blame me. Their claim that it was my fault for frequently putting them down on hard surfaces does not stand up to scrutiny for the damage occurred on first cleansing. My contention is that it was due to them being bounced up and down onto the hard surface at the bottom of the devise. They need to run some tests in their lab. But will they?
