I needed something to get rid of the whiteflies that were attacking my tomato plants. I had some pesticides but thought they would be unsuitable for the plants. I ordered a bottle of organic pesticide from Expert verdict which arrived fairly quickly. I had to use a lot of the spray on one plant as although the number of whitefly had plummeted some still remained and were getting fatter. After regularly spraying the plants once a day for two weeks the whitefly never returned and the tomato plant is now recovering. The spray has an unusual odour that can best be described as like a mixture of fruit mixed with a single strong smelling ingredient.

I ordered a Hideaway guest bed on the 1/8/21. Expert Verdict were very quick to dispatch it but then the problem started. Hermes were the delivery company. First they decided that after picking the bed up from Expert Verdict it was too big and they could not say when it would arrive. This message was sent at 17.35 on the Thursday, the message also said that it would be at the local centre with in 48hrs but that didn't happen. In fact it arrived on 13/8/21 and the message about its arrival was last minute. When it arrived my husband couldn't understand the problem as it would have fitted into our own car and I carried it up 2 flights of stairs. So I had waited at home for over a week and had rung Expert Verdict customer service 3 times in that week and was told that nothing could be done until (1st date) 9/8/21 (2 date) 11/8/21 (3 date) 16/8/21. We are happy with the bed but will not be using either Stow or Expert Verdict for any future purchases.

Great service. Easy to use website & items easy to find. Arrived by Hermes very quickly and now I’ve learned that a lot of these companies are owned by Stowes , I make sure I order from just the one place to avoid multiple delivery charges . Presents for my dad which he was very pleased with too😊

Item not received after one month since order. Emails and phone calls with promised replies in 24 hours never made, customer service voice pleasant but ineffectual.

You won't notice the effect of a daily (small) dose of innulin immediately, but it has a brilliant ongoing effect on your system and general wellbeing. Great product, arrived on time and will order again when this packet runs out.

This company went above and beyond to make sure I had customer satisfaction. I purchased an electric paint sprayer in December 2019 took delivery January 2020 but didn't have occasion to use it till late May this year 2021. When I did within 5 minutes it broke, I immediately phoned their customer service explained why delay in using, not a problem package it up we will arrange collection and send replacement. As I was unable to download returns label they posted one to me, it was collected as agreed and replacement sent. Unfortunately when this arrived the dummy pin on the plug was broken, which resulted in an email and once again they arranged pick-up. 3rd one arrived and everything was in order, but didn't have opportunity to use till yesterday afternoon. I started at 2.15pm and finished at 5.25pm having treated 14 5x6 ft panels 1 6ft gate and 6ft x 6ft feather board panel.👍 I seriously began to think the hob-goblins were doing their best to prevent me completing this task. Thanks Expert Verdict for all your help.
