Ordered a ladies interchangeable watch received a child set, returned and requested the ladies set, and again received a childs set. Contacted customer services who were very helpful and apologetic arranged for the wrong item to be collected by Hermes, when Hermes arrived the returns label had the wrong bar code. Another phone call to customer services who arranged another collection date and e-mailed another label, will see what happens when Hermes arrive to collect it. Customer services were very apologetic and helpful but his experience has made me unlikely to order from them again
