I was very pleased because, first, I received an email acknowledging my order very qulckly, then the items were delivered soon after. One fault, though - I was out when the first item was delivered and the courier sent me a text saying that the parcel had been left with a neighbour, but they did not say which neighbour.

Quick and efficient the whole process

Everything went smoothly and the goods arrived in a timely manner.

On the Expert Verdict website it says if I order 2 jars of the Protocol Collagen Capsules, I get a 3rd Free. So I ordered 2. I received 1 single jar, and then another single jar a few days later. Firstly, there was no Free third jar, (and this is the 2nd time I've made this same order), and Secondly, why can't the 2 or even 3 items be sent together in one single package? It's all one single order. I don't understand.

Arrived super fast - about 4 days.
